You're Prepared For Everything Else... We'll Get You Prepared For This
The Earthquake Bag has you covered for any disaster. FEMA, the American Red Cross, and emergency agencies around the country ask that every home have the basics to get through an emergency.
We've packed everything you need in our heavy duty backpack or roller bag so you can grab it and go within seconds.
Keeping You Fed And Hydrated
You can't survive without food and water, and we keep you well-fed and hydrated. Our food and water have up to a 7-year shelf life, so you won't need to worry about replacing it for half a decade or more. No preparation required for the food bars, which come in 2400-calorie packs and are enriched with vitamins and minerals that exceed the Required Daily Allowance recommendations. They hold up in exteme temperature, are safe for vegetarians, nut allergies, and are both Kosher and Halal certified.
Our premium bags come with a portable stove, fuel pellets, and cook-in-pouch meals. Having access to the nutrients your body needs to survive is non-negotiable, but having a hot, comforting meal in a crisis is priceless. They also come with a steel knife, fork, spoon and 16 oz cup, so you can eat like a human being.
No matter the bag, you'll get ample water and purification tablets to make other water potable. We love the water filtration bottle- it means controlling your own water supply without any of the weight. Clean water is the base of survival.
Communication & Light = Survival
In an emergency, good information can be the difference between safety and danger. All bags come with an Emergency Radio and flashlight and waterproof matches, and we also offer a 30-hour candle and bright sticks. We highly recommend the hand-crank powered flashlight/radio/phone-charger combo that doesn’t rely on batteries or the electrical grid (Elite and Premium bags).
This radio receives NOAA, FM, and AM Bands, and has a built-in super bright LED flashlight and mobile phone charger that works with all mobile phones using your existing USB charging cable. Even if the power grid goes down, you can stay in touch with what's happening, and stay in touch with those you care about.
Treat it, Cure it, Clean it
Being able to treat wounds and stay clean and sanitary is a survival must. Every bag we ship comes with a first aid and hygiene kit, and our fuller kits come with expanded bandages, gauze, tape, infectious waste bags, splints, alcohol pads, shampoo/conditioner, maxi pads, a washcloth, and more. Staying clean and healthy is so important, and we've got you set up.
Shelter, Warmth and Tools
If you have to be on-the-move, step #1 is staying dry and warm. Our bags come with sleeping bags, blankets and ponchos, as well as offering body warmers and tents.
You'll also need to have tools to deal with whatever arises. Essential tools like dust masks and goggles, heavy-duty gloves for dangerous situations, a multi-tool and knife, rope, a sewing kit mean you are fully prepared, no matter what happens.
Having the right tools is super-important, but nothing is more vital than a well thought-out plan. Major disasters often mean no cell phone service and a downed power grid, so we send you a printable survival guide to make sure you have the info to stay safe. Think of it as a cheat sheet for survival planning.
Every survival bag comes with a preparedness checklist, CPR guide, emergency contact card, home inventory sheet, and emergency services contact info for your state.
